I know it has been about a month since I have last updated my blog. I have been so busy with school that I don't always have time to take pictures of the kids or update this as often as I would like to. I just finished my first "block" of classes last week and know that I got an A in one class, and haven't gotten my grades back yet on my final for the other class. Yet no rest for the weary, I started my other "block" of classes this week, not having a break for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Here are some of the deserts that the girls and I made. The apple pie was completely from scratch and was a hit, there was none left at the end of the night. Even those who don't like apple pie had some and loved it!
this is Erin and Lexi, getting ready for dinner

Lexi was not wanting to be second in line for food, so she's pushing Erin out of her way.

Here's Lexi, there are no words for this picture, this is how she is anytime the camera comes out!

Here is Dan with one of the two turkey's we had. This one was done on the BBQ! So yummy!

Lexi-Anne!

It is very rare lately that Kylie lets me take her picture, so I will take any chance possible to force a picture out of her!

Here are my two girlies just hanging out waiting for food. Hmm, that's nothing new.

ok, this isn't Thanksgiving, but this is Cooper, and I just loved this picture of him and had to post it! He's laying on Lexi's Cinderella costume she refused to wear. (I may have posted this before, but again, I really like this picture!) =)

Me on Thankgiving, just playing with the camera!

This is the Crape Merdle in Jean's backyard. I just thought the color's were amazing and had to take a picture of this tree!
Erin, Kylie, and Lexi hanging out on the stair at Jean's house

Me and my best friend Jean. We had such a great Thanksgiving at her house. This is our tradition to come here when Scott is not home for the holidays. Jean is such a wonderful friend and she is like the sister I never had! Thank you Jean for letting us come and share Thanksgiving with your entire family!!

We are now just counting down the days (literally) to when Scott comes home. It's been a long year and it will be great to have him home next month!
