Today Lexi learned something new. Kylie has this comfy pink chair she likes to sit in, well Lexi wanted to sit in it too. Kylie didn't want to get up, so Alexis grabbed a diaper, handed it to Kylie, then layed down so that Kylie would change her. The very moment Kylie got up to change her, Lexi got up and ran for the chair. We got a really good laugh out of that. Then Alexis went to the front door, she wanted to go out front, (or so we thought) she knocked on the door, got Kylie to get up to go to the door, again, the moment Kylie got up, Lexi ran for the chair. We were amazed that she figured out a way to get her way without screaming or pulling on Kylie.
Later on today we went out to eat for Scott's last dinner out for awhile, we had just brought in Lexi's sippy cup for her to drink from, and Kylie got a Shirley Temple. While Kylie wasn't looking, Lexi grabbed Kylie's cup and switched it with her sippy cup. I think she about drank all of Kylie's drink before she realized it! It was very entertaining. She's growing and learning so quickly. It's so much fun being able to watch the "wheels" turning as she comes up with all the things she is.
